Red Bull Racing Formula One Team is seeking a skilled Powder Coating Specialist to join its Paint Department in Milton Keynes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a championship-winning team and contribute to the creation of our impressive livery.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a Paint Sprayer role, preferably in the Motorsport, Automotive, or Aerospace industry. They will be responsible for preparing and maintaining equipment and components with utmost dedication to quality, ensuring all parts meet strict specifications and deadlines. Additionally, they will support the Charge Hand in developing processes and standard operating procedures to eliminate faults and maximize capabilities.

In this position, you will have the chance to immerse yourself in the heart of our campus, gain exposure to unique methods, and develop solid relationships with the team and closely linked departments. You must be able to work within a highly pressurized environment, meeting tight deadlines, and be willing to travel to some races throughout the year.

A good salary of approximately £50,000 - £60,000 per annum is offered, along with a range of benefits, including bonus scheme, private healthcare cover, life assurance scheme, workplace nursery scheme, company-contributed pension scheme, on-site gym & fitness classes, free daily food allowance, and a cycle to work scheme.
