We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Children's Residential Worker.
The successful candidate will support two children in a loving home environment, working closely with a team of 6 colleagues to provide a warm and supportive atmosphere.
The role involves providing additional support to children and young people who require help managing complex trauma, and working to achieve the best possible outcomes for those in our care.
We are looking for someone with good communication skills, who is organised and confident in interactions with children and young people.
A NVQ3 / Diploma in caring for children and young people is required, or the willingness to work towards this qualification within two years.
We offer effective induction, supervision, and training to all staff, and a competitive package including shift patterns, including weekends, sleep in, waking nights and Bank Holidays.
