We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for the upkeep of external communal areas, including grass, shrubs, and hedges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including grass cutting, pruning, and weeding.
  • Operate machinery, such as lawn mowers and strimmers, safely and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the Grounds Maintenance team to achieve shared goals.
  • Identify and report any hazards or maintenance issues to the team leader.
Requirements
  • Practical amenity horticultural knowledge and experience.
  • PA1 and PA6AW qualifications (desirable, but not essential).
  • NPTC certification or equivalent (desirable, but not essential).
  • A full driving licence with towing licence desirable.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £14 per hour, with the opportunity to go temp to perm on £24,960. You will also receive a van and benefits package.
