Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at our environmental testing lab in Oxfordshire. The ideal candidate will have a background in science and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone and email.
- Administrative tasks including invoicing, booking sample collections, and resolving customer queries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Requirements
- A background in science is highly beneficial, either from an academic or professional environment.
- Excellent customer service skills are essential, ideally developed during experience in a similar role.
- Must be highly motivated, with great attention to detail and problem-solving capability, excellent communication skills, and a strong appreciation for the principles of quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
