We are seeking a Primary Education Specialist to join our team at a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Cardiff Bay. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality primary education and creating a positive and engaging learning environment for children aged 3-11 years.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality primary education, creating a stimulating learning environment that engages, motivates, and educates pupils effectively. They will also work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies to support pupil progress and achievement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality primary education to children aged 3-11 years
  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment that promotes pupil engagement and motivation
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies to support pupil progress and achievement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of teaching experience (exceptions made for NQTs)
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status or overseas equivalent
  • Registration as a Teacher with the EWC (the Education Workforce Council) - we can help you with this
  • References covering the last two years (no gaps)
  • Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
  • The right to work in the UK

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £157.66 per day minimum, based on national averages for similar positions in the UK.
