SEN Teacher Vacancy

">About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SEN teacher to join our team at a delightful SEN school in Camden. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, delivering and coordinating lessons and curriculum to a class of 7 primary students with cognitive, physical and developmental difficulties, including autism.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with autism and/or SLD and be able to differentiate work to meet individual needs. They will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to use initiative and work well under pressure.

">Responsibilities:
  • Inspiring and engaging pupils with profound & multiple learning difficulties through social skills development.
  • Assessing and reporting on individual pupil's progress, working closely with experienced LSAs in class.
  • Liaising with the head of department to ensure accurate tracking data and mid-term targets.
Requirements:
  • QTS or a UK recognised teaching qualification
  • To be able to differentiate work to students depending on their need and abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with other staff members.
  • The ability to use initiative and can work well under pressure.
