About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleanliness and Hygiene Specialist to join our team at Bannatyne. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all areas of the facility are clean and tidy, including open plan changing rooms, toilets, and shower areas
- Operate cleaning equipment and use chemicals safely and effectively
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to member queries and concerns
