Packing Operative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Packing Operative to join our team at Fox Resourcing & Recruitment Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position, such as Picker Packer, and be comfortable working in a chilled environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Packing chilled products with precision and efficiency
  • Maintaining a clean and organized production area
  • Ensuring adherence to all health and safety rules and regulations
  • Meeting production targets in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a packing or warehouse environment
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Food packaging background in a warehouse environment

This role involves working in a cold environment, with temperatures ranging from 1-5 degrees. You will need to dress accordingly and be prepared for this environment. Car sharing and group transportation are suitable options. Registrations and inductions will take place within the next 7 days. The successful candidate will start on 12th August.
