Job Description:

We are looking for a Facilities Assistant - Cleaning to join our team at Rank Group. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the upkeep and cleanliness of our club, ensuring impeccable standards and taking pride in their work.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and has experience working in a cleaning role. You will be responsible for working collaboratively as part of the cleaning and wider casino team, achieving results to ensure the casino is presented to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proactive compliance with all regulations, particularly for hygiene, food safety, and safer gambling.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, using initiative to resolve any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with the team and wider business.
  • Experience working successfully in a cleaning role, with knowledge of cleaning equipment and products.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Comfortable with change and able to adapt quickly to new situations.
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Working Hours:

The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings and afternoons, Monday to Sunday. This may include weekends and bank holidays.

Salary and Benefits:
