About the Role

We are seeking an inspirational leader to work closely with the Board of Management and the Executive Management Team to deliver our vision, values, and strategic objectives for our customers.

The successful candidate will have significant leadership experience at an executive level gained within customer-focused organisations, preferably those providing services of social value to identifiable communities.

They will have high levels of political awareness and the ability to successfully network at all levels, working effectively with a range of partners to maximise our positive role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Executive Management Team to deliver our vision, values, and strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with the Board of Management to set the strategic direction of the organisation.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to deliver our customer-focused services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and communities.
