Financial Planning Administrator Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning Administrator to join our Client Servicing team in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Financial Planners and Paraplanners.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Processing new business applications and managing Annual Reviews and Portfolio Reviews
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, accountants, life offices, lenders, and platform providers
  • Handling complex administration enquiries and overseeing platform withdrawals, fund switches, and transactions
  • Obtaining quotations using research tools and preparing reports

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of investments and pension products, as well as experience with a wide range of provider platforms.

We offer full study support and the opportunity to develop your career in a Paraplanner or Advisory role, with full training and exam support.
