About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Support Specialist to join our team at RES. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide comprehensive technical support for our Cloud and Commercial Off-the-Shelf business systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide level 2 application support, ensuring high-quality service and utilizing service management tools (ServiceNow) to facilitate incident resolution and request fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with vendors to deploy, upgrade, and configure services within their platforms.
  • Support system adoption by offering guidance, training as required, and participating in user groups, supplier meetings, and other forums.
  • Participate in testing processes for applications implementations and changes.
  • Monitor application platform services to ensure availability, capacity, and performance expectations are met.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact successfully in a customer-facing role.

  • Proven written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize a multifaceted workload.
  • Curiosity and a desire to resolve technical problems.
  • Self-motivation.
  • Technical troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with SaaS-based and N-Tier business systems and their integration into enterprise IT environments.
  • Knowledge of reporting techniques, application configuration and extension, database management techniques, application integration techniques, data management practices, test and release processes.
  • The ability to communicate complex issues to non-specialists.
  • Familiarity with the ITIL service delivery framework (Foundation certification preferred).
  • Experience with M365/O365 platform services and Microsoft Azure would be well-regarded.
  • Single Sign-On, identity, and access configurations.
