About the Role:
  • We are seeking an accomplished medical professional with advanced leadership experience within Pharmacovigilance (PV) physician teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide regional medical leadership, mentoring, and oversight to direct reports and global Medical Director physician teams.
  • Act as consultant and spokesperson for the medical team, ensuring seamless communication with external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement clinical study designs, monitoring safety, reviewing adverse events, and summarizing clinical data for regulatory documents.
  • Collaborate with study executives and independent safety committees to ensure the highest standards of patient safety.
  • Mentor clinical investigators, driving excellence in research and fostering a culture of innovation.
Your Profile:
  • MD degree, preferably with a specialty.
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical and clinical drug development experience.
  • Demonstrated commitment to proactive problem-solving and vigilant attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage direct reports.
  • Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally, supporting business needs.
