We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at JAVA Recruitment Ltd. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of site staff, including laborers, tradespeople, and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols
  • Monitor and control site costs, including materials, labor, and equipment
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues on site

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
