About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified optometrist to join our team at Asda Stores Ltd. as a Clinical Optometrist. In this role, you will play a key part in creating an environment that combines both clinical and operational excellence.

As a Clinical Optometrist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, coaching and training the wider team, and helping to maintain standards on the department. You will work closely with the Optical Manager and other healthcare professionals to develop new patient services and ensure we are able to offer our customers the most current and accessible services to meet their needs.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, a strong understanding of clinical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You will also need to be registered with the General Optical Council (GOC) and have evidence of Right To Work in the UK.

The salary for this role is competitive, with an estimated annual salary of £38,000 - £50,000, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including discretionary company bonus, company pension up to 7% matched, and flexible working patterns in accordance with 7 days opening.
