This long-term contract will run until July, with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering engaging lessons that inspire students to reach their full potential.

About the Role

As a Year 4 Teacher, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality lessons to Year 4 students, ensuring all pupils are challenged, supported, and motivated to achieve their academic goals.
  • Planning, preparing, and assessing lessons in line with the national curriculum, adapting activities to meet the diverse needs of learners.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every pupil feels valued, respected, and encouraged to engage in their learning.
  • Collaborating with the Year 4 team to develop teaching strategies and improve student progress.
Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will hold QTS, have a genuine passion for working with primary-aged children, and possess a strong understanding of the Year 4 curriculum.

They should also be an enthusiastic and caring teacher, committed to providing the highest quality learning experience for every pupil.

Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000-£80,000 per annum, based on a daily rate of £130-£260 per day.
