Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Condition Monitoring Specialist to join our team at Alexandrite Recruitment. As a Condition Monitoring Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the collection and analysis of condition monitoring data, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our clients' equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze condition monitoring data using various techniques, including vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis.
  • Conduct visual inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and ensure proper installation and maintenance.
  • Document all collected data accurately and maintain up-to-date records of equipment information.
  • Communicate critical issues to clients and ensure that urgent matters are addressed promptly.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met and their needs are understood.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or coursework in relevant fields (e.g., mechanical or electrical engineering, condition monitoring) is preferred.
  • Understanding of machinery fundamentals, including pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, and similar equipment.
  • Advantageous - Familiarity with condition monitoring techniques and tools, such as vibration analysers, thermography cameras, and oil analysis kits.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical role related to condition monitoring, maintenance, or reliability engineering or similar.
