Electrical Engineer - Manufacturing Support

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our Manufacturing Engineering Support team at Talent RockIt Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment, including fault diagnosis and repair, continuous improvement projects, and maintenance planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintain production equipment, including electrical systems and machinery
  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults, and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Collaborate with shift engineering teams and management to deliver high-quality engineering support
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues as needed

Requirements:

  • Recognized industrial electrical qualification (17th/18th Edition)
  • Qualified in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience working as a Shift Electrician or dedicated Electrical Engineer in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with maintenance programs and electrical systems
  • Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
  • Self-motivation, ability to apply initiative and determination
