About the Role

In your position as a Night Care Assistant at HC-One, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a member of our team, you will be expected to demonstrate kindness, compassion, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with personal care activities, such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and assisting with meals.
  • Deliver care that is tailored to the individual needs of each resident, promoting their physical and emotional wellbeing.
  • Participate in general activities within the care home, ensuring that residents feel valued and included.
  • Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and you will be expected to recognize the signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to report concerns.
