Lead Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Site Reliability Engineer to join our team at McGregor Boyall. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure on Azure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions on Azure, including PaaS and IaaS services
  • Develop and maintain automated processes to eliminate manual work and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical initiatives
  • Lead mentoring and knowledge-sharing efforts to ensure team members have the skills and expertise needed to succeed
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, with a focus on Azure
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance
  • Experience with containerization, orchestration, and automation tools such as Kubernetes, Helm, and Azure DevOps
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
