About the Role

Hays Accountancy and Finance is seeking a highly skilled Financial Modelling Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business planning and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the FP&A team to develop and maintain complex financial models, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Take ownership of the corporate model and regulatory model, integrating data to provide a comprehensive view of the company's financial performance.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, working closely with stakeholders to implement changes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.

Requirements

  • Advanced financial modelling skills, with experience in complex and regulatory environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
