We are seeking a skilled Mathematics Instructor to deliver GCSE and Functional Skills Maths to vocational learners aged 16-18, with a growing provision of part-time adult learners.

This is an exciting area of the College, where you would play a key role in supporting our learners with their development and to help them progress onto higher courses or the workplace.

You will preferably possess a degree in Maths or a related subject, with experience of teaching or tutoring Maths GCSE and/or Functional Skills, and have the ability to engage and enthuse 16 to 18 year olds from a variety of vocational disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver GCSE and Functional Skills Maths to vocational learners aged 16-18
  • Support learners with their development and progression onto higher courses or the workplace
  • Have experience of teaching or tutoring Maths GCSE and/or Functional Skills

Requirements:

  • Degree in Maths or a related subject
