About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Casual Customer Experience Assistant at our newly redeveloped Maesteg Town Hall. As a key member of our front of house team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to our visitors, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our events team to ensure the smooth delivery of events and activities at Maesteg Town Hall.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of events, including the preparation of venues and the distribution of promotional materials.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment within the town hall, adhering to health and safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date with the latest customer service techniques and best practices.
