Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Process and resolve customer queries in an efficient and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the credit control team to achieve business objectives and improve customer relationships.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by the team and credit control manager to support the business.
Requirements:
- Proficient in using MS Excel to manage and analyze customer data.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in credit control or a related field.
- Ability to commute to the office, with a strong understanding of the importance of teamwork and collaboration.
