We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced DT Technician to join our team at Protocol National Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing materials and resources, and providing technical support to enhance the delivery of the curriculum by the DT department.
About the RoleThe DT department is a strong and collaborative team that works closely with staff and students to deliver a high-quality curriculum. The ideal candidate will have experience working with basic machinery and a solid understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare materials and resources for DT lessons
- Provide technical support to DT staff and students
- Assist with the maintenance of DT equipment and resources
- Contribute to the development of the DT curriculum
- Qualifications to A Level or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
- Experience working with a range of Art and/or Design Technology equipment and resources
- Experience or solid understanding of working as a technician in a school or educational establishment
