Rural Conveyancing Lawyer

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at City Centre Recruitment. Located in the historic town of Beaminster, Dorset, this is an exciting opportunity for a Fee Earner looking to escape to a rural location.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in residential conveyancing and a good level of experience in acting in residential conveyancing matters. Some commercial conveyancing experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

As a Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will be responsible for managing an interesting and diverse portfolio of residential conveyancing, providing precise and effective advice and support to clients, and ensuring efficient client representation while maintaining the highest standards of service.

We are looking for a qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of two years + PQE or FCILEx/Licensed Conveyancer status. A good understanding of residential conveyancing processes and procedures is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
