Job Description:
The Contract Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the warehouse operation, including health and safety, budget management, and staff motivation. The successful candidate will be required to develop and implement effective warehouse strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs, as well as monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure that all contract targets are met.
Key Skills:
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels
- Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment
