Job Description

As an Audiology Partner at Specsavers, you will be responsible for growing and managing a new audiology business within an existing store. This role requires strong leadership and business skills, as well as clinical expertise in audiology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and develop a team of audiologists and hearing aid dispensers
  • Drive clinical and retail excellence, ensuring high-quality patient care and customer satisfaction
  • Make critical decisions to drive business growth and success
Requirements:
  • HCPC registration as an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Strong leadership and business skills, with ability to blend clinical and commercial acumen
