Dragados S.A. UK Branch seeks a highly skilled Technical Assurance and Handover Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that all technical aspects of projects are properly managed and executed.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry, where you will have the chance to utilize your expertise to drive project success. Your primary focus will be on technical assurance, handover, and compliance, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all projects meet the required standards.

In this role, you will be accountable for implementing and maintaining the Technical Assurance Plan, as well as developing and delivering training modules to subcontractors. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all handover documentation is available progressively to complete the works.

Your extensive experience within a similar role in an engineering organization will be invaluable in this position. You should be educated to degree level or higher in a numerate discipline, such as Engineering, and hold membership of an appropriate Professional body, typically Chartered member of Institute of Civil Engineering or equivalent professional status.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, implement, and maintain the Technical Assurance Plan
  • Develop and deliver training modules to subcontractors
  • Ensure that all handover documentation is available progressively to complete the works
  • Implement a plan that provides technical assurance evidence and demonstrates compliance with HS2 and other third-party requirements
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Experience within a similar role in an engineering organization
  • Educated to degree level or higher in a numerate discipline, such as Engineering
  • Membership of an appropriate Professional body, typically Chartered member of Institute of Civil Engineering or equivalent professional status
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A good understanding of relevant legislation, including Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015
