Bakery Technologist

• The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the critical path for projects and be familiar with microbiological and nutritional sampling processes.
• They will ensure Quality Assurance documents meet customer expectations and handle validations related to site CCPs and HACCP principles as part of project delivery.
• A strong ability to stay on top of potential issues that might affect the critical path and communicate them early is essential.

Salary Range: £28,000

• Previous experience working in a food manufacturer, particularly in Technical or NPD roles.
• Knowledge of trials, development concepts, and customer expectations.
• HACCP or Food Safety is desirable.
