Sales Negotiator Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our successful Newark branch. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, negotiating sales, and ensuring a smooth transaction process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide marketing and social media content as required
* Conduct marketing appraisals as needed
* Work towards targets and ensure best practice compliance
* Handle office inquiries from applicants and register potential purchasers
* Arrange and accompany viewings with purchasers
* Match ideal properties with purchasers
* Follow up on viewings and return feedback to vendors
* Arrange market appraisals and diary management for the valuer
* Follow up on market appraisals
* Advise clients on marketing strategies
* Maintain regular client care calls to vendors and potential vendors/applicant database
* Negotiate offers between purchasers and vendors
* Progress sales through to completion, liaising with solicitors, vendors, and buyers
* Raise invoices as required
* Develop and implement marketing campaigns, including Facebook and Instagram posts, and leaflet promotions
Requirements:
* Experience in sales and negotiation
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
