Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious immigration professional to join our team as a UK Corporate Immigration Senior Manager.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in UK corporate immigration and will be responsible for leading a team of Immigration Specialists, advising clients on complex cross-border immigration issues, including post Brexit and the impact of Covid on travel and working from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead UK and global engagements, including compliance and consulting engagements
  • Oversee service delivery, writing and signing off advice, adhering to SLAs and KPIs
  • Advising on complex cross-border immigration issues
  • Supporting the team with complex issues, including escalations and delivering solutions
  • Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery using technology
  • General practice management, monitoring team members' performance and identifying training needs

Requirements:

This is a growing team, and we are looking for an experienced immigration professional who can take on a significant leadership role. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of business acumen, commercial analysis, and current trends.

They will produce consistently high-quality work within demanding time frames and will not be afraid to challenge the status quo in the spirit of continuous improvement and raising the bar on personal and team performance.

Salary Details

The salary for this position is £Negotiable + Car + Bonus + Benefits, commensurate with experience.
