Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and expertise to project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project success

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Electrical Design Engineer or equivalent role
  • Strong technical expertise in electrical design and engineering, with a focus on control and distribution panels
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
