About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Renewable Energy Training Specialist. This exciting opportunity will involve designing, implementing, and managing training programs in renewable energy, energy efficiency, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality training programs for industry professionals and students.
  • Collaborate with industry partners to meet current and future workforce needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, making improvements as necessary.
  • Provide guidance and support to students to achieve their career goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry skills and experience in training and development, preferably in renewable energy.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including 27 days' holiday, a generous pension scheme, and free gym membership.
