Fragrance Specialist

As a Fragrance Specialist, you will possess a genuine passion for fragrances and be able to communicate confidently about the products on offer, delivering exceptional customer service. You will be driven to achieve targets and have skills in traffic stopping and telling the story behind the product to enhance sales of the fragrance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of all fragrance products and update the team's product knowledge where necessary
• Attend and participate in brand training and implement knowledge gained
• Monitor key fragrance products daily and stay aware of competitor activity
• Promote the brand's expertise in fragrances

Executing Business & Operations

• Accurately and efficiently complete all personal paperwork
• Be aware of account and personal targets and key performance indicators
• Monitor stock levels and adhere to retailer guidelines
• Offer creative ideas to generate new business, focusing on product launches and anniversaries

Driving Selling Process/Techniques

• Deliver exceptional customer service, inviting customers to return for repeat appointments
• Generate retail sales through successful in-store events and strengthen brand loyalty
• Make personalized product and sample recommendations
• Focus on link selling and recruiting new customers
• Use confident communication and presentation skills to engage customers
