Neurophysiotherapist - Community Care

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled physiotherapist to join our team as a Neurophysiotherapist - Community Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, safe, evidence-based and goal-focused rehabilitation services to individuals with neurological conditions in the community.
About the Role:
The key objectives of this post are to provide holistic assessment and specialist physiotherapy intervention to support individuals with neurological conditions in becoming experts in their own care and remaining in their own homes. Clear clinical reasoning, good assessment and intervention skills, and experience in neurology are essential.
Requirements:
- Registered physiotherapist with HCPC
- Evidence of on-going CPD
- Good theoretical and practical knowledge of a broad range of assessments including specialist relevant to the specialist care group
- Experience working with individuals with neurological conditions
Estimated Salary: £48,000 - £60,000 per annum.
