At Timberseed, we are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent in the Procurement and Supply Chain Management industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including advertising, networking, and research
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to determine the best fit for our clients' needs
  • Managing the offer process, including delivering good news and ensuring candidates are happy to accept the offer
  • Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets to drive business growth and success
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A strong academic record, with a 2:1 degree from a reputable university
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with individuals at all levels
  • A hardworking and professional attitude, with a proven track record of delivering results
  • Previous commercial office experience and/or sales or client-facing experience is highly desirable, although not essential
