Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the delivery of nursing care to meet the needs of our residents
- Implement person-centred care plans that promote independence and well-being
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure high-quality care
- Build relationships with local regulators and social services to ensure compliance and quality
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make recommendations for improvement
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC registration. You will have experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, as well as an up-to-date knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks. You will be a natural leader who has acted as a clinical mentor, including supporting newly qualified nurses through their preceptorship.
