We are seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join our team at CV-Library in Birmingham, West Midlands. As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive maintenance on social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting reactive repairs within customers' homes
  • Dealing with emergency repairs

  • Using a wide range of trades on a day-to-day basis

Requirements:

  • Experience in a core trade of carpentry or plumbing
  • Driving licence (clean)
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer focus
  • Social housing experience

What We Offer:

  • 6 month temp to perm contract
  • £36K annual salary
