Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our test teams to plan and execute patch cycles, ensuring seamless integration with our testing processes.
  • Responsible for patching systems across various environments, including Production, to maintain system integrity and security.
  • Present changes to the Change Board for review and approval before implementing in the Production environment.
  • Utilize RedHat Satellite to promote content views throughout the system lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with patching and building systems using RedHat, including RedHat Satellite v6.
  • Strong understanding of Linux troubleshooting and support, including RHEL8.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
  • Experience with security vulnerability management and patching.
