Job Overview

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take the lead on projects within the tech industry, overseeing event logistics and operations for high-profile events.

About the Role

The core role will be responsible for day-to-day client liaison, pulling together all elements of event logistics and operations, and ensuring the smooth and profitable running of project delivery.

Main Responsibilities

  • Account management and client liaison
  • Attending meetings and briefings with clients and internal teams
  • Overseeing production and operations of projects
  • Liaising with suppliers and negotiating contracts
  • Budget management and financial planning
  • Site visits and project coordination
  • Leading and guiding Account/Operations Executives and Interns

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience working within the events/experiential industry, with a focus on account handling and operations. They will be highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
