Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced SHEQ Advisor to join our team and lead our safety, health, environment, and quality initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage safety, health, environment, and quality systems across multiple sites in the Southwest region.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Site Teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Develop and implement effective risk assessments, method statements, and CDM plans to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Lead inductions, develop SHEQ materials, and provide training to ensure a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Serve as NO.1 SHEQ support for projects, overseeing health and safety standards across all sites.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record as an experienced SHEQ Advisor within a main contracting organization.
  • Excellent client and site team management skills, with the ability to drive results.
  • In-depth knowledge of SHEQ standards and regulations.
  • The relevant NEBOSH certificate or equivalent.
