Role Overview

A successful Sales Development Representative is crucial to our success in new business sales, positioning Secureworks in key markets. As an SDR, you'll generate new qualified leads into our sales pipeline through various means, initiating prospect relationships to drive value-driven conversations and partnering with field sales to achieve revenue quota objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with prospects via phone, email, and web, leveraging LinkedIn and industry events to scope opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales Representatives to drive new business revenues and establish win-win partnerships.
  • Work with channel partners to develop account plans and contact strategies.

Essential Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in software or SaaS solutions within an Inside Sales/Lead Generation role.
  • Strong ability to grasp complex sales processes and position solutions effectively to prospects.
  • Ability to prioritize prospects and generate new opportunities through research, prospecting, and networking.
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and minimal supervision.
