- Follow-Up: Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to nurture leads and keep the sales pipeline active.
- CRM Management: Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer responses and market conditions.
- Experience: Previous experience in a sales role, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
