We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Data Analyst to join our team in Newcastle.

This is a full-time role based in Innovate House, with a hybrid work pattern that includes working from home and Greggs House. The successful candidate will support the Digital Product Owner throughout the product lifecycle, assisting with everything from feature ideation to implementation and post-launch analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a data-led mindset and be passionate about using data to inform decisions and drive the best possible outcomes for our customers. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present ideas and findings to cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include completing comprehensive data analysis of our digital product performance and customer behaviour, unlocking insight and communicating this clearly and effectively to the wider Digital team and business. The candidate will also work closely with stakeholders across all departments to gather feature requirements, creating detailed documentation and user stories that guide the development process.

  • A salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the role

This role has a hybrid work pattern, requiring flexibility and adaptability. The successful candidate will work in multiple locations across a working week, interacting with various internal stakeholders, including the Greggs Digital team, Central Retail Operations Team, IT/Technology, Customer/Marketing, Business Leads, and third-party partner agencies.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Data analysis and interpretation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • IT skills, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Workflow management tools, such as Azure DevOps (desirable)
  • Process/customer journey mapping
  • Awareness of and passion for the latest data, digital, and technology trends
