Research Scientist Opportunity

CK Group is seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist to join a global pharmaceutical company based in Slough on a contract basis for 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide bioanalytical and biomarker assay support for non-clinical and clinical phases of drug development.
  • Develop, optimize, and validate ligand binding assays/immunoassays for biomarkers and gene therapy targets.
  • Present data at multi-disciplinary project team meetings.
  • Transfer methods to external partners as required.
Requirements:
  • BSc, MSc, or PhD in a biological discipline or equivalent working experience.
  • Proven experience running ligand binding assays/immunoassays (e.g. ELISA, MSD, ELLA, Gyros, Singulex, Simoa/Quanterix).
  • Experience in a bioanalytical laboratory in a biotech or pharmaceutical drug discovery and development environment.
