Job Title: Senior Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Designer to join our team at Corporate Communications Recruitment. As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of our clients' Annual Reports and other Corporate related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design strategies that meet the needs of our clients and their target audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions are aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our work.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, helping them to develop their skills and advance in their careers.

Requirements:

  • 7 years or more of experience in a design role, preferably in a corporate communications design agency.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions that meet the needs of clients and their target audiences.
  • Excellent design skills for print and digital media, with a strong understanding of the importance of content in communications.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines, while managing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Experience of creating and delivering Annual and Corporate Social Responsibility Reports is required.
