About Our Client

Page Executive is proud to partner with a global luxury fashion brand expanding its presence in Europe.

The role will be based in central London and offers a hybrid work arrangement, where you will be required to visit the office 2-3 times per week.

Job Description

As the Head of Logistics, you will be responsible for all aspects of the logistics operation across the EMEA region, including 3PL commercials and project management.

You will be required to complete all assigned tasks to support the sales, merchandising, factory, freight forwarding, and warehouse teams across the EMEA division.

You will develop and maintain key relationships with 3PL providers and will track POs from creation through to delivery.

The role will oversee inventory management across operations, working with the wider supply function to ensure adequate levels of stock are maintained and arrive in the appropriate locations without issue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to support business growth and expansion
  • Manage 3PL relationships and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate tracking of POs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in logistics or supply chain management
  • Minimum of 5 years of logistics/supply chain management operation experience
  • Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge in trading laws, customs, and regulations
  • Experience in the premium luxury fashion industry
  • Knowledge and experience in fore trade and customs clearance and knowledge of laws related to them
  • Experience in managing warehouse operations
  • International experience
