Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £24,429 per annum. In addition to this, the role offers a range of benefits, including paid work-related travel, premium payments for sleep-in and waking shifts, and a comprehensive training programme.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Social Care Professional to join our team in Cardiff. The ideal candidate will have a full UK driving license and be able to assist and encourage individuals to become integrated members of their local community. Key responsibilities include supporting vulnerable people in social activities, developing individual support plans, and working alongside professionals to deliver high-quality support.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities. A QCF Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification is also desirable. We offer a fully funded and supported qualification for those who do not already hold it.
