Job Title: Project Manager

Location: London (Hybrid: Home-based with site visits)

Estimated Salary: £65,000 per annum

Role Overview:
A highly skilled Project Manager is required to oversee multiple high-end design and build projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for managing all phases of the project, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

This position requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a willingness to travel to various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage multiple exterior design and fit-out projects concurrently.
  2. Oversee the full project lifecycle, from concept to completion.
  3. Collaborate with clients to ensure their vision is met with bespoke design schemes.
  4. Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  5. Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality, ensuring all projects meet our high standards.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within design and build or fit-out projects.
  2. Strong understanding of exterior design, landscaping, and outdoor living spaces.
  3. Ability to manage multiple high-end projects simultaneously.
  4. Willingness to travel to sites as required.
